The Health & Wellness Community Orchestra
We are looking for Percussionists and strong Viola players. Please follow this link to apply.
The Health & Wellness Community Orchestra is based in Fort Collins, Colorado. Founded by Dr. Ann Yanagi in October 2008 and under the music direction of Leslie Stewart for its first 15 years, and now under the direction of Dr. Cayla Bellamy-Lanz. The Health & Wellness Community Orchestra was initially envisioned to give playing opportunities to employees of the Poudre Valley Health System (now University of Colorado Health). Our first concert was in December of 2008 at Poudre Valley Hospital. The orchestra is composed of musicians who love to play for improving health and for the enjoyment (wellness) of our audience. We now rehearse and perform at the University Center of the Arts at Colorado State University.
